When will my order be delivered?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Every order is carefully packaged with attention to detail before it heads your way.
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
Can I Return my product?
Returns or exchanges on physical items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original, resalable condition.
Custom-designed items and digital downloads are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
Your order is carefully packaged with love and attention. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
