We strive to provide you with the best service possible. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped. Rest assured, all orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.
For delivery within the USA, please expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped. However, please note that if you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will be shipped only after the payment has cleared.
In case you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please take a moment to check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate the tracking number, feel free to email us with your inquiry. We are here to assist you and address any concerns or questions you may have.

Unfortunately, we are unable to correct delivery problems as they are managed solely by the U.S. Postal Service.
